Romanian Presidency mentions that the article claiming the President of Romania Traian Basescu is divorcing has got nothing to do with the truth. The article is described as misinformation and offense against the President's family.

The www.ziare.com, together with a tabloid called Can-Can took over the news published by the Catavencu Academy, a satirical publication, according to which the Romanian President wanted to divorce in order to marry someone else and that the couple's two daughters were opposing the divorce.
