Most of the physical abuse cases occurred at the children's homes, 20 took place in schools, 7 in residential services, 4 in institutions and 52 in other locations. As for the age of the aggressed, in 12 cases it was about infants under 1 and in 33 cases it was about children aged between 1 and 2. And most of the children who suffered physical violence this year are aged between 10 and 13. The representatives of the above-mentioned organization say only 30% of parents know there is a law forbidding physical punishment and abuse against children. (A.G.)
