Duty free shops at Romania's borders with non EU states may open again. The legislation allowing such shops came into force yesterday, the Ministry of Economy informs. (...) As for the borders between Romania and EU states, there are no customs points there because of the common space. Therefore duty free shops may open again only at the borders with no-EU states: Ukraine, Serbia and the Moldovan Republic (32 shops). (...) (G.M.)
