Cine a zis-o? Hai sa va vedem! Pai Josif. Jooosif. Josif Visarionovici Djougashvili, alintat si Koba, conscut de totzi ca omul de otzel .. Stalin. Ca mare dreptate avea.
Lumea de la Romanica, pe buna dreptate se intreaba: "Pai sondajele dadeau 40% PD si luara 29%. Ce sondale aiurea. Platitzi Do'mle. Minarie si mai multe nu". Profesionistii in ale sondajelor, dau si ei cu bita'n balta: "Lumea minte. Nu e sincera, si'si bat joc de noi". Fals. Nu stitzi. Sau stitzi si nu vretzi sa spunetzi.
Unul care a avut putzina curiozitate sa urmareasca alegerile in US, va sti ce inseamna .. SWING in procesul electoral.
Iata citeva mostre, pigulite de ici .. de colo:
- "Barnes lost the governorship to the Republican, Sonny Perdue, 46 per cent to 51 per cent, a SWING of as much as 16 percentage points from the last opinion polls."
- "Cleland lost to Chambliss 46 per cent to 53, a LAST-MINUTE SWING of 9 to 12 points."

- "Georgia was not the only state last November to see big last-minute SWINGS IN VOTING PATTERNS. There were others in Colorado, Minnesota, Illinois and New Hampshire .... all in races that had been flagged as key partisan battlegrounds, and all eventually won by the Republican Party."

De ce apar aceste SWING-uri? Pai iata de ce:

"In many Georgia counties last November, the machines froze up, causing long delays as technicians tried to reboot them.

In heavily Democratic Fulton County, in downtown Atlanta, 67 memory cards from the voting machines went missing, delaying certification of the results there for 10 days.

In neighbouring DeKalb County, 10 memory cards were unaccounted for; they were later recovered from terminals that had supposedly broken down and been taken out of service.

It is still unclear exactly how results from these missing cards were tabulated, or if they were counted at all.

There was not even a paper trail to follow up. The machines were fitted with thermal printing devices that could theoretically provide a written record of voters' choices, but these were not activated. Consequently, recounts were impossible."

Sentintza e data de un raport al Senatului US din 2003:

"With academic studies showing the touchscreens to be poorly programmed, full of security holes and prone to tampering, and with thousands of similar machines from different companies being introduced at high speed across the country, computer voting may, in fact, be US democracy's own 21st century nightmare."

Deci, in prima democratzie a lumii, cu toata tehnologia ei, rezultatele par a fi ca la Tecuci, sau unde a iesit .. Tokes, p'acolo pe unde nu'i nici un picior de Ungur. La fel si ..SWING-ul PD-ului, de la 40% la 29%.

Uite, reiau pentru tine rezultatele unui sondaj ca sa vezi ca unii si-au mai facut cat de cat treaba :

Intre 10 si 15 noiembrie curent, la comanda fundatiei Societatea Civila, Biroul de Cercetari Sociale, institutie finantata de societatea cu pricina, a facut un sondaj de opinie pe tema euroalegerilor, esantionul fiind de 1.424 persoane.
Rezultatele sondajului, in privinta scorurilor care vor fi obtinute la euroalegeri, au fost urmatoarele :
-PD = 35% din voturi
-PSD = 23%
-PNL = 14%
-PNG = 5,6%
-PLD = 4,7
-PRM = 4%
-UDMR = 4%.

Uita-te la scorurile obtinute la euroalegeri de partidele care au castigat sau au pierdut si vezi cam cum sunt ele in raport cu sondajul asta.
Aici, PD era credidat cu 35 si a luat 29, PNG si PRM sunt cat de cat apropiate la scoruri in raport cu sondajul, la PNL cifrele aproape se pupa, la PSD tot asa, cifrele aproape se pupa, PLD a luat mai mult decat era credidat.
Ca sa vezi ca unii chiar isi fac meseria cum trebuie iar despre ei nu se spune nimic, sunt bagate la inaintare alea care s-au jucat cu cifrele.
Daca nu se arata toata gama de sondaje si se face scandal doar din cauza unora, mincinoase mai mult sau mai putin, asta nu tine decat de faptul ca asa le convine perdantilor sau partizanilor unei anume tabere.

Pai privind cifrele la rece si comparand sondajele cu realitatea se pare ca s-a luat dela PD si s-a dat la PLD, ca sa aiba si Robacop intrare la UE si PD-ul un colaborator, sa nu fie singurul partid presh.
