Child adoption

I will like to say to this f....king Tariceanu to change that very stupid law ever know made after revolution, why don't give a chance to this poor kids to have a better life , Or he don't care about childrens that have a miserable life in the future wake Mr Tartareanu don't be stupid,or leave the place that you don't honore , I think today Roumanian don't deserve any help from USA because we got there some mental handicaped in the government that need to be out and put some people that really have a healty brain , not this past Communist who escape from the judgement.
