Bucharest Court decided that the Rompetrol case should be returned to the Prosecutor's Office because of the many illegal deeds committed by prosecutors.
Given the break of procedures in the checks on the indictment and more breaks, the indictment is now null. The judge also decided that the criminal inquiry documents should be elaborated again, because they disregarded norms when drawn the first time. There was also decided that the research should develop, the charged should be presented the incriminating material and the deeds the charged are accused of should be described.
Prosecutor Adrian Cristescu and Ciprin Nastasiu are the main guilty. They are known for their zealous obedience to political orders.
