Romanian President Traian Basescu signed decree yesterday, according to which Conservative Bogdan Pascu is now a minister of state in charge of activities in the field of business and small and medium enterprises. The ceremony is due next Sunday. Just a few hours before the President signed the decree yesterday, Pascu said he was not afraid of delay and claimed it was because of the President's busy agenda.
