His Holiness Bartolomeu Anania, Mitropolite of Cluj, appealed yesterday to Romanian senators, asking them to vote against the emergency ordinance on the making of the Romanian-Hungarian Public Gojdu Foundation, says Mediafax. Anania wrote a press release just before the Easter holiday. He explained that to reject this ordinance didn't mean to vote against the Romanian or Hungarian governments, but to vote for the learned youth for whom the heritage of the great patriot Gojdu was meant.
