Amendments to article 278, point 2 are on the possibility of every side involved in a case to appeal to court to deny a procedure of the prosecutors, as in the Criminal Procedure Code there are situations or institutions that may not be appealed against in court. Lawyers' proposals want court censoring to miss no act committed in criminal inquiry. On the other hand, although the procedure may seem difficult, it is not at all complicated, for if it is used efficiently no investigator will afford to admit or reject a solicitation before thorough analysis.
ZIUA is also opening debate on proposal to include article 278, point 3 from the Criminal Procedure Code in the law project to modify the Criminal Procedure Code. Some jurists support this idea, which they have concluded after analysis on all inquiries on corruption. The latter point has it that the accused may no longer be searched for the same deeds unless there have been discovered more facts and new circumstances authorities did not know about (...)
